Following the announcement, Nash’s « Kliq This » podcast co-host Sean Oliver shared a touching tribute on Twitter.

We apologize, but this video failed to load.

He posted: « I met a great young man this year named Tristen. He worked with me and his dad on a podcast we have, and turned out to be smart, sweet, savvy, witty and mature beyond his few years. There were great things ahead for him, but this was not to be.

“The injustice of our short stay on earth rears its ugly head again, we remain speechless. To steal such a pure heart, full of potential, is incomprehensible cruelty. I won’t try. Got his last text for me: ‘I love you man.’ I read it 50 times in 2 days, T, I’m going to read it a lot more. #T (sic) »

« Our heart goes out to him, » he told TMZ. « He knows where his Kliq buddies are at…and we’re going to be with him. Just let him have his time in this time of extreme difficulty and just be there for him and pray for him and we hope that’s what everyone will do.
