Workers who love going to the office on Fridays – when no one else is around

After a few hours of headlong work in her office in Washington, D.C., Michele Late will get up from her desk, get on all fours, and begin a series of cat-cow yoga poses in her cubicle.

If her back hurts, she might just lie flat on the floor. She can do it without the slightest embarrassment or fear that a colleague will miss her because she goes to the office on the day that everyone avoids: Friday.
