A 39-year-old woman who was pushed onto the subway tracks on Sunday is still in severe pain.

The woman, who cannot be named due to a publication ban, can be seen in video being pushed onto the tracks by another woman as a train pulled into the station.

The victim, who broke a rib in the fall, managed to slip under the edge of the platform and avoided being hit by the train.

“The way I felt, the way I was pushed, it’s just crazy. Next thing I’m flying and I’m under the rack,” the woman told CTV News.

“I was screaming in pain,” she said. I felt like I was going to die. »

A few days after the incident, she was still in pain.

A 45-year-old suspect has been arrested and faces an attempted murder charge.

Police say it is not known what caused the chilling incident.

“I am an innocent person,” the victim said.
