Vancouver’s first-ever golf mini-bar will open next month

Themed holes include iconic city landmarks and pop culture references including Jaws and Caddyshack.
Vancouver will host its first-ever golf mini-bar next month and it’s not just about putting on booze.
Par-Tee Putt will open in mid-September above Dublin Calling (670 Smithe St) in the Granville Entertainment District.
The site will feature 18 themed holes, including iconic local landmarks such as Science World and the Lions Gate Bridge, as well as film and pop culture references such as Jaws, Caddyshackand game of thrones.
There will also be a dance floor and DJ booth on weekends, TVs for watching sports matches and weekly Trivia nights.
You can warm up for a round of golf with a bite to eat or a sip of alcohol from a menu of golf-inspired items and a daily Happy Hour, plus a long list of drinks at the pressure.
Those eager to play can start booking a tee time from August 30 online.
