Val d’Oise. A young woman indicted and imprisoned on suspicion of a planned attack
A young woman was indicted on Monday in Paris and placed in pre-trial detention on suspicion of a planned attack.
The young woman, aged 22 and wearing the Islamic veil, was arrested in Enghien-les-Bains (Val-d’Oise) on Thursday during an identity check, according to France 3. In his phone and at his home were discovered documents on the manufacture of explosives and Islamist propaganda.
Four days in custody
After nearly four days in police custody, the suspect was presented to an anti-terrorism investigating judge at the Paris court who indicted her for criminal terrorist association.
She was then placed in pre-trial detention by a judge of freedoms and detention, in accordance with the requisitions of the national anti-terrorist prosecution (Pnat).
