Trump delivers scathing rebuke to Elon Musk at Alaska rally with Sarah Palin: ‘He’s another bull—t artist’

Former President Donald Trump included a number of scathing rebukes during a rally in Anchorage, Alaska on Saturday night, specifically naming U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Speaker Joe Biden and Elon Musk.
« Elon. Elon. Elon. He won’t buy Twitter, » Trump said after encouraging those in attendance to use a competing social media platform, Truth Social. « And where have you heard that before? » From me,” he added.
« He got himself in trouble, I looked at his contract, » Trump continued. « You know Elon says he never voted Republican, but I didn’t know that because he told me he voted for me, so he’s another bull—t artist. »

The former president first took to the stage at the Alaska Airlines Center with his resounding classic « God Bless the USA. »

“I want to thank you and I want to say a big hello Anchorage, hello,” Trump began, before noting how beautiful the state was. « It’s a very beautiful state of Alaska. »
« It’s very beautiful and I’ve seen things that you don’t see in normal places and it’s not a normal place with an ugly senator like Murkowski, » the former president said, adding, « But we’re going to do something about it. »

The comment drew boos from the public, many of whom then cheered when Trump nominated Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka, who is seeking to unseat Murkowski. Trump called Tshibaka a « conservative warrior ».

Murkowski has represented Alaska in the U.S. Senate since his appointment in 2002.
Trump also praised the « legendary » and « incredible » Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska who is running for the state’s single seat in the House of Representatives.
« I love you the best and we are going to end crazy Nancy Pelosi’s political career once and for all, » he added.

Trump then immediately turned his attention to President Biden, calling him « the worst. »

“The contrast between the incredible success of the Trump administration and the breathtaking failure of Joe Biden could not be starker (sic),” Trump added.

The former president then invited Tshibaka and Palin on stage, who both spoke briefly.
Alaska’s primary election will take place on August 16, 2022.
