Ilyushin Il-76 plane crashed near Russian city of Ryazan, preliminary reports say
Several crew members were reportedly killed after an Ilyushin Il-76 transport plane crashed on Friday morning near the central Russian city of Ryazan, some 200 kilometers southeast of Moscow.
Initial reports said there were nine or 10 people on board. At least two of them died while six survivors were rushed to local hospitals, according to Russian media citing emergency services.
