The voice of William Cloutier in the film « Lyle, the crocodile »

William Cloutier, who won the 2021 edition of “Star Académie”, participates in the dubbing of the film “Lyle, the crocodile” from Sony Pictures.

The feature, which hits theaters October 7, features original songs performed by Shawn Mendes and William Cloutier.

Adapted from the series of children’s books by Bernard Waber, « Lyle, the crocodile » is a musical combining live action and computer animation.

According to Sony Pictures, the Primm family (Constance Wu, Scoot McNairy, Winslow Fegley) moves to New York and their young son finds it difficult to adjust to his new life and new friends. Everything changes when he discovers a singing crocodile in the attic (Shawn Mendes / William Cloutier). This one loves caviar, baths and music. They become good friends and will live a host of adventures.

William Cloutier is nominated at the next Gala de l’ADISQ for the pop album of the year with his first solo opus « On ira ».
