The United States Supreme Court refused on Monday to stop key parties in the ordinance of a judge demanding that Google d’Alphabet is making major changes to its application game, while the company is preparing to appeal a decision in a trial brought by the “Fortnite” Epic Maker Epic Games.
The judges refused Google’s request to temporarily freeze the parties of the injunction won by EPIC in its trial accusing the technology giant of monopolizing the way consumers access applications on Android devices and paying transactions within applications.
