The UFC White House fight will take place on Donald Trump’s birthday

It was supposed to celebrate the birthday of America, but now, the very discussed fight of the UFC to the White House will take place on Donald Trump’s birthday.

At the end of August, the head of the UFC, Dana White, announced that the fight for the fight had been concluded and that it was set for July 4 of next year to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the declaration of independence. Today, this timing has changed, according to the president.

“On June 14 of next year, we will have a big UFC fight at the White House, directly on the ground of the White House,” said Trump in a celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Navy this weekend. He provided no reason for the change of date or mentioned that the new plan coincided with his 80th anniversary.

The event could mark a new tradition for Trump: organize major celebration events in public spaces on the day of your own birthday. Earlier this year, the president organized a long -awaited military parade, apparently to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the army. This event also occurred on the day of its birthday.

In the same vein, the former UFC champion Conor McGregor said last week in the Sean Hannity show that he would be on the White House combat card.

When Hannity asked him if he would enter the octagon for the event, McGregor said that his participation was “an agreement concluded, signed, delivered. It is not a negotiation”.

The plan concocted by White and Trump seems to be that the card is broadcast on CBS.

The network has not yet said anything about such a programming or such a calendar, but the fact is that the parent company of CBS, Paramount, directed by David Ellison, in Skydance Corporation, signed on August 11 a 7.7 -billion dollar chord with the giant of mixed martial arts belonging to the TKO group. Alongside their dramas Taylor Sheridan. The agreement also includes a selection of UFC fights which will be broadcast simultaneously on CBS.
