The TVK chief, Vijay, breaks silence after Karur Stampede, says: “does not hurt, the political journey will continue”

The actor who became a politician and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), the founder, Vijay, Tuesday, September 30, said that he was not hurting and that his political career would continue. The remarks occurred three days after a jostling during his gathering in the Karur district made 41 lives.

“I did not hurt; my political journey will continue with renewed vigor,” said Vijay.

The police arrested some members of the TVK party during the shortcomings, which led to the stampede. “You can do anything to me, I will be at home or my office,” said Vijay, suggesting that he is ready to face the action.
Vijay said he had not visited people hit so far, because his presence would lead to an “unusual situation”. He added that he had never faced a “painful situation” in his life. “I have not visited Karur because it would lead to an unusual situation. I will meet you soon (families of the victims, the injured),” he said in a video message published on his social media page.

Seeking to face the DMK in power, he said: “CM Sir, if you have the idea of ​​looking for revenge, you can do anything for me and not touch the men of the party.” On the day of the incident, he left Karur in a hurry, given the security of people, he said.
