On Msnbc’s “The Beat” on Monday, the host of the Al Sharpton network said that the Trump administration was “to attack American citizens” during their repression of immigration.
Animator Ari Melber said: “It almost seems that the programming sometimes programmed, like content for the White House, Oh, wherever Bad Bunny occurs, there must be undocumented individuals, and yet it is no longer a question of laughing.”
Sharpton said: “It is not a question of laughing because it is the racial profiling at its highest level, but it comes from the president. I think we are challenged in this country to what is the norm and the values that we defend. Your color, your language makes you a suspect.
He added: “You know, sometimes great movements are when people manifest and kiss, and sometimes it is when they turn to each other because they have been attacked or attacked by the same forces. I think the Americans will support each other. And we are going here on the eve of the contradiction to try to resolve and resolve peace in the Middle East. At the same time, a blatant contradiction of Trump years. »»
