The Supreme Court said on Monday that it would not hear the call of Ghislaine Maxwell, who had been found guilty of sexual traffic linked to the sexual abuse of minor girls by Jeffrey Epstein.
The decision comes as the Trump administration remains at the center of criticism of its refusal to publish investigation files on Epstein and Maxwell despite the previous promises to make these documents public.
The Supreme Court did not say how many of its nine judges, if necessary, would have given Maxwell its request to hear its appeal. There was

Maxwell was sent to a more restrictive prison in Florida a few days after a two-day interview with the Prosecutor General of the United States Todd Blanche. Maxwell’s transfer to a minimum security prison would have required an exemption under the policy of the Bureau of Prisons because it is a condemned sex offender.
