The sovereign’s funeral will be held at Westminster Abbey on Monday.

The coffin of Queen Elizabeth II entered Westminster Abbey on Monday for her state funeral.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte walked behind their great-grandmother’s coffin for her entry into the abbey.

The 9-year-old prince, second in line to the throne, and the 7-year-old princess, dressed in dark, walked close to their parents William and Kate, behind King Charles III, and other family members royal.

The coffin arrived on a Royal Navy gun carriage, escorted by 142 sailors.

Dignitaries from around the world attend the ceremony.
