These elections, which will decide on the representatives of the territorial districts of Mandal Parishad (MPTC), the territorial districts of Zilla Parishad (ZPTC) and Gram Panchayats, will be carried out in five phases in the 31 state districts.
The commissioner in the state elections Rani Kumudini announced that the survey will take place in 565 mandaux, covering 5,749 MPTC seats, 565 ZPTC seats and 12,733 grams of panchayats, including 1,1288 districts in total. The elections will be divided into two phases for the MPTC and ZPTC seats, followed by three phases for the Gram Panchayat elections.
MPTC and ZPTC elections – Phase 1
The first phase begins with the opening of appointments on October 9, followed by the last date of submissions on October 11. Registration will take place on October 12, and candidates can withdraw until October 15. The survey is scheduled for October 23, with votes that exceed on November 11.
MPTC and ZPTC elections – Phase 2
The second phase opens for appointments on October 13, with the final date of submission on October 15. Registration is scheduled for October 16, and withdrawals will be authorized until October 19. The survey will take place on October 27 and the votes will be counted on November 11.

Gram Panchayat elections – Phase 1
The first phase of the elections to Gram Panchayat will begin with appointments from October 17 to 19, followed by a meticulous exam on October 20. Withdrawals are authorized until October 23, and the declaration of surveys and results will take place on October 31.
Gram Panchayat elections – Phase 2
In the second phase, the appointments will be accepted from October 21 to 23, with a meticulous examination on October 24. Withdrawals can be made by October 27, and polls and results will be announced on November 4.
Gram Panchayat elections – Phase 3
The third and last phase begins with appointments from October 25 to 27, followed by a meticulous exam on October 28. Withdrawals are authorized until October 31, and the announcement of polls and results will take place on November 8.
In accordance with the electoral commission, the votes that count for the Gram Panchayat elections will be completed the same day as the survey, while the MPTC and ZPTC votes will be counted on November 11.
