The ice gives “driving” to the suspect of Portland to threaten on a flat cart during the antifa riots

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared a video on Sunday from a suspect to threat transported on a flat cart in the middle of the antifa riots in Portland, Oregon.
