The DEKALB County Sheriff’s Office addresses the maintenance of the online inmate list

County Dekalb, ALA (WHNT) – If you frequent the Sheriff Office website of the county of Dekalb, you may have noticed that the list of county prisoners was under the interview recently, and the sheriff’s office has published a statement explaining why.

In an article on social networks, DCSO said that maintenance is due to a new computer system that does not operate properly with the list on its website.

The Sheriff’s Office said that with Dekalb 911 and Dekalb Ambulance Service, recently converted into a computer system designed by Motorola.

The DCSO said that the system is both a prison management system and a computer -assisted distribution system, or CAD, which helps shipping and allows agents to complete their reports.

However, the Sheriff’s Office said that after the implementation of the new system, it was discovered that it did not communicate with the prison list that DCSO maintains on its website.

Due to this problem, the authorities said Motorola should create new programs to repair the list.

The DCSO said that until the end of this process and that the new programming is implemented, it is impossible for its current system to update its website list.
