Two points away from a place giving access to the playoffs, the troop of Martin St-Louis wins more than expected this season, and even too much for the taste of some fans dreaming of Connor Bedard.
Last Friday, the CH signed a 3-2 victory in a shootout against the Chicago Blackhawks, after triumphing on Wednesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets (3-1).
The Sharks, meanwhile, have lost their last three games, the very last in overtime to the Vancouver Canucks (4-3). However, defender Erik Karlsson, who is having a great start to the season, will have to be watched closely, so he is in contention for the Norris Trophy with 32 points, including 11 goals, in 24 games.
