An arrested intruder at Drake’s new Los Angeles home has claimed he is the rapper’s son.

According to TMZ, police were called to the Hotline Bling hitmaker’s home last Friday after a staff member spotted someone near the pool house, and when officers arrived and arrested the 23-year-old, he claimed Drake, 35, was his father. and he was just waiting for him to come home.

The would-be intruder never entered the house – which Drake bought from singer Robbie Williams for $75million just months ago – but was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing.

Drake was not home at the time of the incident.

This isn’t the first time the God’s Plan rapper has had an unwanted visitor in his backyard.

In May, Drake joked he was ‘bullied’ by Canadian geese after they took over his yard and pooped all over his cushion as he tried to relax.

Not only that, but the star has a family of ducks that call her backyard home.

He added, « My whole crib just got repoed. »

Drake surprised fans last month when he released his new album Honestly, Nevermind, and was quickly forced to defend the record after some critics called it « lackluster ».

Speaking at the album release party, he said: « It’s fine if you don’t have it yet. This is what we do! We are waiting for you to catch up. We here, however, have already caught up. Next. My God! »

A clip of the moment was circulating online showing Drake making the comments while the song Calling My Name played in the background.
