John Woodvin, the British actor who had a long career on stage and played a doctor An American werewolf in LondonDied on Monday, his agent, Phil Belfield, announced. He was 96 years old.
Woodvin has portrayed cops in British criminal shows Z cars from 1963 to 1969 and New Day of the Ecostre From 1972 to 1974, was the Marshal of Atrios in 1979 Doctor Who In series “The Armageddon Factor” and appeared as the Archbishop of York in the first season of Netflix The crown in 2016.
He appeared in more than 70 stage productions of the former VIC, the National Theater and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
