Supreme Court limits Environmental Protection Agency’s authority

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a ruling limiting the power of regulators in the federal government, saying the Environmental Protection Agency exceeded its powers in 2015 when it tried to limit gas emissions to greenhouse effect of power plants.
