
Tata Consulting Services | TCS reported second quarter net profit of ₹12,075 crore and revenue of ₹65,799 crore, slightly above and below market estimates, respectively. The company’s EBIT stood at ₹16,565 crore with a margin of 25.2%, while constant currency revenue grew 0.8% quarter-on-quarter. TCS also announced strategic investments in AI, including a new 1 GW AI data center in India and the acquisition of ListEngage for enhanced Salesforce capabilities, along with a second interim dividend of ₹11 per share.

Tata Motors | The auto major said its restructuring plan involving TML Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMLCV) and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd (TMPV) came into effect from October 1, 2025, after the approval of the NCLT Mumbai Bench. The company has set October 14, 2025 as the record date for shareholders to receive one TMLCV share (par value of ₹2) for every Tata Motors share held. The plan splits Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle business into TMLCV and merges TMPV with Tata Motors.

Tata Elxi | The company reported second quarter net profit of ₹154.8 crore, up 7.2% quarter-on-quarter from ₹144.4 crore, with revenue up 2.9% quarter-on-quarter to ₹918.1 crore. EBIT grew 4.7% to ₹169.9 crore, while margins improved to 18.5% from 18.2% in the previous quarter.

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd | Group company Shapoorji Pallonji has secured a ₹576-crore contract for civil infrastructure and allied works.

ICICI Prudential Life | The company reported new business premium of ₹1,761 crore, slightly lower than the month’s expectations of ₹1,776 crore, an increase of 6.1% year-on-year. Annualized premium equivalent (APE) stood at ₹871 crore, up from ₹722 crore month-on-month, but down 1.1% year-on-year.

NATCO Pharma | The pharmaceutical company has won a historic legal battle to launch a generic version of Risdiplam, a drug for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), a serious muscle disorder in infants.

NTPC Green Energy | The company’s subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Gujarat government to develop solar and wind projects totaling 15 GW – 10 GW solar and 5 GW wind. The agreement was signed on October 9, 2025, during the Vibrant Gujarat regional conference in Mehsana.

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. | RailTel announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Center for E-Governance (CEG), Karnataka, to provide back-to-back OEM support for existing KSWAN 2.0 routers and switches. The order, worth ₹18.22 crore, is to be completed by November 8, 2025 and has no promoter or promoter group interest in CEG.

Lloyds Engineering Works | The company signed a memorandum of understanding with FlyFocus to jointly develop and manufacture the Defender SIGINT drone, intended for advanced surveillance and intelligence operations.

Jana Little Financial Bank Ltd | The bank announced board approval to raise capital through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of up to ₹250 crore. The subordinated and unsecured NCDs, classified as Lower Tier II Capital under Basel II norms, will be issued via private placement and listed on the BSE. Details of tenure, coupon and maturity will be decided by the board of directors, without any special rights or fees on the assets.

Subex Ltd | The company announced that a leading Dutch telecommunications operator has selected it to provide a converged MVNO billing and wholesale partner settlement platform. The six-year contract, worth $6.62 million (~₹54.95 crore), includes end-to-end managed services from Subex’s UK data center and aims to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain 99% SLA compliance.
