Single winning ticket for the $70 million Lotto Max jackpot

Someone on the prairies wakes up a multi-millionaire.

After weeks unclaimed, a single winning ticket has been drawn for Friday’s $70 million Lotto Max jackpot.

It’s the biggest prize since the Lotto Max jackpot hit a record $140 million in June 2021. It’s been 20 draws since the last winner.

There were also 28 winning Maxmillion numbers drawn of $1 million each, six of which will be split between two to three ticket holders.

The jackpot for the next draw on October 25 will be estimated at $50 million, with two Maxmillion prizes of $1 million each up for grabs.
