Sandra Bullock is selling a California avocado farm for $6 million

Sandra Bullock has made some dramatic real estate moves in recent years as she seeks to sell her West Coast property portfolio in order to relocate to the East Coast, The Post has learned.
After unloading a Hollywood Hills home in 2018 and a West Hollywood condo earlier this year, the ‘Miss Congeniality’ actress is now listing her 91-acre hilltop avocado farm outside from San Diego.
The move comes after Bullock, 58, also put his Malibu home up for rent at $30,000 a month. She also bought a house in Beverly Hills last year for $2.7 million with the intention of renting it out.
« She’s looking for a farm closer to her sister on the East Coast, » Alan Long, a friend of Bullock’s and one of the realtors on the list, told the Post.
Considered a “sanctuary,” the estate is listed at $6 million and includes several walking trails with groves of organic avocado and citrus trees.
Consisting of three separate lots, the first lot houses a renovated ranch of approximately 6,000 square feet of one-story adobe.

The ranch features a Creston Smart Home system, six indoor fireplaces, three outdoor fireplaces, and an enclosed center courtyard with flowering vines and a fountain, the listing notes. Other features include a gourmet kitchen with dining area, four en-suite bedrooms, and a saltwater pool and spa.
According to Long, Bullock expanded the ranch by adding the pool, walking trails and importing century-old olive trees.
“The good bones of the main residence were there but [it has been] transformed into the open and inviting hacienda it is now,” Long explained, adding that the estate offers “views reminiscent of Tuscany.”
It also has a walk-in chicken coop, 1,200 high quality organic Dusa/Hass avocado trees and an electric/solar charging station.
The second lot is reserved as building land and currently houses a barn with a horse corral.
Covering 30 acres, the third lot features a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with several outbuildings. The listing notes an option that the domain can be sold without purchasing lot three.
“The owner’s theme was not driven by profit, but to create a secluded retreat for family and friends to gather and play away from the hustle and bustle of city life,” Long said. « To spend time in private, commune with nature for a while, pick a lemon or lime from the family orchard…and relax. »
Along of Avenue 8, Kay O’Hara of HomeSmart Realty West and Melissa Russell of Willis Allen Real Estate share the list.
Meanwhile, Bullock still owns a property portfolio of 15 homes.
The « 28 Days » and « The Blind Side » star also owns homes in Austin, Texas; New York City; New Orleans; Jackson Hole, Wyoming plus an additional $16.2 million home in Beverly Hills. She previously owned a home in Sunset Beach, Calif., and she sold her Georgia home for $4.2 million in January.
