Russian social media sensation Hasbulla ‘signs five-year deal with UFC’

Dagestani social media star Hasbulla Magomedov has struck a five-way deal with the UFC to host media events and public relations activities for the elite MMA promotion, according to reports in Russia.

Hasbulla, 20, has seen his profile soar over the past 18 months and has been tipped for even greater fame by the likes of UFC icon Khabib Nurmagomedov – whom he counts among his friends.

Also known as ‘Hasbik’, the blogger’s stardom is set to rise further under a deal with the UFC to attend fights and perform various media duties, TASS reports, citing a source.

The terms of the agreement would be « Impressive » for Hasbulla, who suffers from a rare growth hormone deficiency that caused her short stature.

TASS also said the blogger could be added to the hugely popular UFC video game created by EA Sports.

Hasbulla first burst onto the scene when he was lined up for an alleged fight last year with Tajik social media celebrity Abdu Rozik – who suffers from a similar genetic condition.

A confrontation never materialized although the pair were seen facing off again on the sidelines of UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi last October, but also showing signs of friendship in what appears to be a romantic relationship. -hate.

Hasbulla’s fame has made him a target for UFC rivals, however, notorious Irishman Conor McGregor recently sparked a social media beef with the Russian after he directed personal insults at him.

UFC chief Dana White responded by saying McGregor would be in on it. « great difficulty » if he tried to face the small fan favorite from Dagestan.
