Return of “The magic of the stars” next spring on TVA

The show “La Magique des Stars” will be back for a fifth season next spring on TVA.

Guy Jodoin will take over the helm of this variety featuring 12 personalities, who will have to show agility to present breathtaking magic numbers.

This year, the apprentice magicians will be Michel Barrette, Mélissa Bédard, Michel Bergeron, Annie Brocoli, Véronique Claveau, Alexandre Despatie, Janie & Marcio, Mario Jean, Guillaume Lambert, Naadei Lyonnais, Livia Martin and Peter McLeod.

Alain Choquette, Mariana Mazza and the guest judges – Édith Cochrane, Jean-Marc Généreux, Billy Tellier and Mario Tessier, all former participants – will be there to decide between the best competitors, who will be supported by magician trainer Nicolas Gignac in the preparation and execution of numbers.

The filming of the new episodes will take place from December 5 to 8, in front of an audience.
