RCMP investigate ‘serious collision’ in Nova Scotia – Halifax

RCMP say two women and a man in their 20s suffer serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash in Glenmont, Nova Scotia
Police say the incident happened on Gospel Road in the city around 6.30pm on Friday.
A Honda Civic was traveling south on Baxters Harbor Road while a Nissan Rogue was traveling east on Gospel Road. The two crashed at an intersection.

A 20-year-old woman who was driving the Honda Civic suffered « serious injuries » and was taken to hospital, police said. A 24-year-old passenger in the same car suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to hospital, a statement said.
The driver of the Nissan Rogue was a 24-year-old woman who also suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
« A collision reconstructionist has attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing, » the RCMP said in the statement.
Gospel Road has reopened to traffic.
