RAIDERS PLAYER TO WATCH: WR Davante Adams. After having 10 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown in his Raiders debut, Adams was much calmer last week. He had two catches for 12 yards for his fewest receptions in a game since 2017. He was only targeted seven times and didn’t catch after halftime. Adams had his 75th career touchdown catch.

TITANS PLAYER TO WATCH: QB Ryan Tannehill. Tannehill has won all four career starts against the Raiders with a career passer rating of 124.4 in those games. Tennessee is hoping for that kind of performance after Tannehill went 11 of 20 for 117 yards and two interceptions in Week 2 against Buffalo before being retired early in a blowout loss.

KEY MATCHUP: The Raiders run D against Derrick Henry. The Titans’ star running back starts slow with just 107 rushing yards the first two weeks. The Raiders’ run defense has been strong early this season, allowing just 3.7 yards per carry, sixth-best in the NFL.

KEY INJURIES: Titans LT Taylor Lewan (knee) is expected to miss the game and LB Bud Dupree (hip) could also be out. … Tennessee CB Kristian Fulton (hamstring) and RB Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) could return after missing last week’s game. … Raiders RB Brandon Bolden (hamstring) could return after missing last week’s game. … C Andre James (concussion), WR Hunter Renfrow (concussion), S Tre’von Moehrig (hip), LB Denzel Perryman (ankle) and DT Bilal Nichols (shoulder) also discuss injuries and their status for this week is unknown.

SERIES NOTES: The Raiders have won three of the last four games in the series. … The road team has won the last five meetings with the Raiders three times in Tennessee and the Titans the last two meetings between the teams in Oakland.

FANTASY TIP: The Raiders avoided the running game the first two weeks, but could look to start Josh Jacobs this week. Jacobs had 81 scrimmage yards last week and 73 in Game 1. He looks healthy and could put in some big numbers if he gets more chances.
