Putin wants to use winter as ‘a weapon of war’
Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to use winter as « a weapon of war » against Ukraine with « deliberate attacks » on civilian infrastructure to deprive the country of heat, electricity and water, denounced Tuesday the Secretary General of NATO.

« The deliberate attacks on essential services – heat, light, water, gas – are intended to inflict as much suffering as possible on Ukrainian civilians in an attempt to break their commitment, their unity in the fight against the ‘Russian invasion,’ said Jens Stoltenberg on his arrival in Bucharest for a meeting of NATO foreign ministers.
