Putin orders more security for Crimean bridge and energy supply – Interfax

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday ordered a reinforcement of the security of the bridge connecting Russia and Crimea as well as infrastructure supplying electricity and natural gas to the peninsula, Interfax reported.

In a decree issued hours after the bridge was damaged by an explosion, Putin said the FSB security service would be tasked with stepping up protective measures. (Reporting by David Ljunggren; Editing by Cynthia Osterman)
