Police say biker seriously injured after crash in northwest Calgary – Calgary

A motorcyclist was seriously injured after crashing into a fence in northwest Calgary on Wednesday, police say.

Police told Global News it happened just after 5 p.m. at 14 Street and North Haven Drive NW

They said the victim is expected to survive, but may have suffered life-altering injuries. They did not specify the age of the motorcyclist, but noted that it was a man.

Police closed 14th Street to investigate, but did not say what they believe may have led to the accident.
