Pete Davidson reportedly undergoing trauma therapy over Kanye West’s online abuse: REPORT

Pete Davidson is reportedly seeking trauma therapy due to the online harassment he received from Kanye West.

Davidson, 28, has been a frequent target for West, 45, since the « SNL » star began dating Kim Kardashian, 41, who filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021.

According to a report by PEOPLEa source close to Davidson said he « had been in trauma therapy largely » due to West’s threatening messages.

« The attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete], and he had to seek help,” the source added. Despite this, he reportedly has « no regrets dating Kim and wants to make it very clear that she has been nothing but supportive throughout their relationship. »

But « to move forward, » the source continued, Davidson « just wants to focus on his career. »

Davidson and Kardashian started dating in October last year. According to the report, Davidson began trauma therapy in April. News of the couple’s split emerged late last week.

West has lashed out at Davidson frequently during his relationship with Kardashian and even just recently after their split.

The rapper infamously directed a music video for his song « Eazy » which depicts him abducting, tying up and burying alive a plasticine version of the comic book.
