Monday’s match between the Chiefs and the Jaguars became a little more interesting after Patrick Mahomes launched a brutal peak in the Red Zone of Jacksonville at the end of the third quarter.
Faced with the incoming pressure, Mahomes seemed in a hurry to pass the ball on a 2nd and the goal, and he threw it directly to the second Jaguars Devin Lloyd, who directed him to the house for a superb return of interception of 99 yards.
The quarter of the chiefs attempted to tackle Lloyd after his bad throw, but Lloyd easily jumped over the bass diving of Mahomas. After Lloyd rocked a few other chef players and run for the defensive touch, the cameras turned to Mahomas, who had an empty look at his face and strangely started to applaud.

While some fans have hypothesized that Mahomes applauded to pay tribute to the gap in the incredible race of Lloyd, others were confused as to Mahomes trying to transmit. It is very likely that he wanted to get rid of the regrettable game and encourage himself, for him and his teammates, to move on, but it was always a little cheesy of the triple champion of the Super Bowl.
