Patrick Brown: Conservative party says evidence justifies disqualification

A Conservative committee on the disqualification of Patrick Brown from the Tory leadership race concludes the party had the evidence it needed to recommend that he be removed from the race.

Its ruling contains new allegations that Brown used warrants to purchase memberships and enable non-compliant membership sales through a portal.
