Ontario has proposed sweeping new housing regulations. See them for yourself here

The Ontario government has introduced sweeping new regulations for housing construction in the province.
The bill, which has yet to pass but almost certainly will given Premier Doug Ford’s majority at Queen’s Park, is called the More houses built fasteror Bill 23.
You can read more about what Ford had to say about the government’s plan here.
But there’s a lot more to unpack in the legislation, and housing is one of the biggest issues facing this province.
