One of the two skilled falconies stolen outside the Sofi stadium during a Rams match was recovered on Sunday in Hacienda Heights, nearly 25 miles from where the vehicle took during the robbery was found a week ago.

A two -seater motorized cart with a key to the left in ignition was stolen on September 28 in the stadium. The Hawks – named Bubba and Alice – were housed in green containers in the rear seat and disappeared with the vehicle.

Bubba was found near the seventh rue in Hacienda Heights after an owner spotted the hawk in his backyard and contacted Inglewood police service. Falconer Charles Cogger, who formed and possessed the Hawks, ran to the location.

“I made arrangements, I went there as quickly as possible and I recovered Bubba,” said Cogger to NBC Los Angeles. “Alice is still there, but it gives me the hope that she will show up.”

The Hawks were used by Sofi Stadium to dissuade other birds from flying over the Sofi stadium during the match, protecting fans from unpleasant air excrement and also preventing birds from eating throttle.

The Harris’s Hawks, also known as a bay wing hawks, are large tagged raptors who reproduce in the southwest of the United States and throughout South America. They have a vision eight times better than that of humans and are known to hunt together as a team.

The Kawasaki mule UTV which housed the Hawks was found abandoned on September 29 in a southern district of Los Angeles about five kilometers from the Sofi stadium and 25 miles from Hacienda Heights.

Inglewood police published a photo of the suspect taken by stage security cameras, describing him as a male adult “wearing a black jacket with a white strip that descended the shoulder, black pants and black shoes”.

Cogger hopes Alice will show up. Each of the Hawks of Cogger carries a strip of metal around his leg which identifies it as a high in captivity.

“They cannot go so long without eating or having water,” he said.

Anyone with information on Alice can contact the Inglewood Police Supervisory Commander at (310) 412-5206. Crime Stoppers offers a reward for the safe performance of Hawk.
