Amilcar said « due to progress made by RTG », full temporary O-Train Line 1 rail service operated Wednesday evening from 10:30 p.m. until the end of service.

On Thursday, « RTG workers resumed the delicate and complex work of rewiring the overhead catenary system and further repairs are underway. »

The LRT’s power supply was damaged when it was struck by lightning last weekend.

Amilcar said OC Transpo expects another RTG update Thursday afternoon.
