Nokia sells digital health venture, executive to leave
HELSINKI (Reuters) – Nokia stated on Thursday it had offered its small digital well being enterprise, together with exercise trackers and smartwatches, and stated the top of its Applied sciences unit would step down.
The enterprise was offered to Eric Carreel, co-founder and former chairman of the digital well being enterprise, for an undisclosed worth. Nokia had introduced the plan earlier this month.
Gregory Lee, the top of Nokia’s Applied sciences unit and former Samsung govt, will depart the corporate following the deal after lower than a 12 months within the job, Nokia stated.
