No extradition for exiles of the « years of lead »

In the name of respect for private and family life as well as the European Convention on Human Rights, the investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal issued an unfavorable opinion on 29 June on extradition. ten former activists sentenced in Italy for acts of terrorism in the 1970s and 1980s.
