Nick Suzuki to represent Canadian at All-Star Game

Nick Suzuki will be the Montreal Canadiens’ representative at the All-Star Game for the Atlantic Division on February 4 and 5.

The National League made the announcement on Thursday evening.

Suzuki ranks first in the Montreal team’s scorers with 19 points in 35 games, before Thursday’s games.

Another player from Dominique Ducharme’s troop could also take part in the event since Tyler Toffoli is a candidate to be added to the formation of the Atlantic division via a popular vote.

The other players who will form the Atlantic Division team are Patrice Bergeron, Rasmus Dahlin, Dylan Larkin, Jonathan Huberdeau, Drake Batherson, Andrei Vasilevskiy, Victor Hedman, Auston Matthews and Jack Campbell.

Note that the captains will be Matthews, Alex Ovechkin, Nathan MacKinnon and Connor McDavid.
