Moselle. Schoolgirl escapes kidnapping by defending herself

On the way back to her home, a schoolgirl was the victim of an attempted kidnapping on Friday September 23, reveals the Republican Lorrain.

The 14-year-old girl was allegedly approached by a young man in a car. The scene, which would have taken place in the presence of witnesses a little over a kilometer from the college of Justemont, would have been only very brief.

The schoolgirl would indeed have defended herself against the individual, forcing the latter to flee. The mayor of the town, Luc Corradi, praised the courage of the teenager, reports the Republican Lorrain.

A complaint was filed with the Thionville gendarmerie, and a flagrant investigation was launched.
