Megan Thee Stallion Confirms She’s Joining the MCU in ‘She-Hulk’
Megan Thee Stallion is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 27-year-old rapper has been cast in « She-Hulk: Attorney-at-Law, » Disney+’s new MCU show starring Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, Megan confirmed to new magazine’s The Cut on Monday. -yorker.
No other details have been released about the character or the size of the role.
The first season premiered on August 18 and will end on October 13 with its ninth episode.
The « WAP » rapper has mostly stayed on stage so far in her career, but it’s not for lack of trying, she admitted. Before she got famous, she auditioned for STARZ’s « P-Valley, » a show about a strip club in the Deep South. The role eventually went to Brandee Evans, but Megan made a guest appearance in the drama last year.
Her dream role, she told The Cut, would be Gabrielle Union’s cheerleader Isis in a « Bring It On » reboot.
But for now, she’ll have « She-Hulk » and « F-king Identical Twins, » an A24 musical that stars Nathan Lane, Bowen Yang, and Megan Mullally. On the music side, « Traumazine », his latest album, released earlier this month.
