The highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 Rian Johnson murder mystery Knives out premiered on the streaming platform on December 23 after a week of theatrical release, and thanks to a creative marketing move by Netflix, the lavish Greek island commune where the majority of Glass Onion is defined is currently listed on Zillow for a whopping $450 million. Halle Berry! That’s a lot of money!

According to the listing, Miles Bron’s (Edward Norton) massive mansion on a private Greek island has 17 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, six swimming pools, a gym and a private beach. The 29,000 square foot listing also boasts central air conditioning and heating, a rooftop parking space, multiple gardens, and received 365,000,002 saves during its five days on Zillow. Pretty impressive.

If you’re longing to drop some serious bucks and host your own murder mystery party in the film’s Greek island commune, we’ve got some bad news. As stated earlier, this list is not real. It’s a fun publicity collaboration between Netflix and Zillow to promote the movie and engage fans. To begin with, the property is listed as « Off Market ». But another major clue that this listing isn’t all it’s supposed to be is in the listing agent’s scope. The agent, who only has one star to his reputation, is Derol Zablinski, a hilarious and chaotic character from the film played by the returning Knives out actor Noah Segan.
