Leon Black’s conspiracy complaint against Apollo co-founder dismissed

A federal judge has dismissed a case brought by former Global Apollo Management General director Leon Black alleging that his former partner and others conspired to destroy his reputation and drive him out of the business.

Mr Black last October filed a RICO civil lawsuit in the Southern District of New York in which he accused Guzel Ganieva, a former model with whom he had a years-long affair, and his law firm of conspiring with a list of anonymous individuals to publicly accuse him of rape and harassment.
