Lamar Odom faces new legal problems.

The two-time NBA champion was arrested and convicted of driving under the influence on Jan. 17 in Las Vegas, according to arrest records viewed by E! News.

Additionally, Lamar, 46, was charged with driving more than 41 miles over the posted limit and failing to maintain an improper lane/lane change, records show. A hearing in the case is scheduled for March 17.

The basketball star, who was married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 to 2016 – had previously been charged with misdemeanor drunk driving after being arrested in Los Angeles in August 2013, which resulted in his driver’s license being suspended for a year. In December of that year, he pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 36 months of probation, ordered to pay $1,814 in fines and complete an alcohol education program, E! News confirmed at the time.

Two years later, Lamar suffered a near-fatal drug overdose at a Nevada brothel, where he was found unconscious in October 2015. He remained in a coma for three days, suffering six heart attacks and 12 strokes during his hospital stay.
