Kooza settles in Gatineau | The Journal of Montreal

Cirque du Soleil will set up its tent in Gatineau by the end of the summer to present its Kooza show.

Acclaimed around the world, the show pays homage to the traditional circus by combining acrobatic prowess, thrills, laughter and illusions. It tells the story of the Innocent, a naive and solitary character who is looking for his place in the world. Transported as if by magic to the heart of an imaginary kingdom, he will notably encounter during his quest a zany king and burlesque clowns.

Since its world premiere in 2007, Kooza has amazed more than 8 million viewers in some twenty countries. It will be presented from August 25 to September 25, 2022, under the big top installed at the Place des Festivals ZIBI.

Tickets are currently on sale for Club Cirque members and will officially go on sale April 25, 2022 at cirquedusoleil.com/kooza.
