Kevin Hart Pushed Mark Wahlberg In First-Ever Nude Scene: ‘He Got Me Dirty’
Kevin Hart persuaded Marky Mark to make him do his very first nude scene.
Mark Wahlberg, 51, stopped by ‘Big Boy’s Neighborhood’ on Thursday and explained that he had already agreed to star in Hart, 43,’s Netflix comedy ‘Me Time,’ when the comedian decided to exposing her bare behind.
« He [Hart] came to me with [the movie] and John Hamberg and I said, “Absolutely,” recalls Wahlberg. « But then, of course, they rewrote the role a bit because before I came in I had clothes on. Now I’m naked.
« They took me out to Long Beach for 12 hours, a–-out, » Wahlberg said. “I just wore a pair of Travis Scott Jordans. He stripped me down, then he put me in Daisy Dukes.
« I mean, he messed me up, » added Hollywood favorite Wahlberg.
Wahlberg plays Hart’s old friend in the film – which dropped on Netflix Friday – as the two reconnect and find themselves in chaos as Hart’s character’s family goes on a road trip.
“But the scenes are so funny, so I’m like, you know what? I have to do the same. I have to be fearless as an actor and get out there and try,” Wahlberg told Big Boy.
In the end, Wahlberg was so okay with the nude scenes that he even sat his wife and daughter down — without context — to watch them.
“The first time I came out for the first time—naked, my daughter—her face was purple but laughing hysterically,” Wahlberg recalled. « I mean, she was a little embarrassed but she couldn’t stop, man. »
Earlier this month he also revealed his children were « terribly embarrassed » by his fashion choices in the 1990s and his ‘Good Vibrations’ days.
“My son, the whole time we were on summer vacation, has no shirt on and has his underwear hanging out. He totally stole the whole look,” he laughed in an interview.
But what hasn’t changed since then is his rock-solid body. The famous fitness addict is known for waking up at 2 a.m. every morning so he can be at the gym by 3 a.m.
As of 2017, Wahlberg is one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actors according to Forbes, earning an astonishing $68 million from movies like « Ted, » « Planet of the Apes, » and « The Perfect Storm. »
