The Justice Department plans to subpoena Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey in an investigation alleging the two Democratic leaders obstruct the ability of federal law enforcement officers to do their jobs in the state, two people familiar with the matter confirmed Friday.
