Jean-Marc Parent: more than 150,000 tickets sold for « Utopia »

Comedian Jean-Marc Parent once again surpassed the milestone of 150,000 tickets sold for a solo show.

This time it is with “Utopia”, his 11th original show, that he has crossed this bar. To highlight this feat, the experienced comedian was surprised by Mathieu Dufour during the 153rd performance, Tuesday evening at L’Étoile in Brossard.

He was given a huge show ticket by the Just for Laughs team, including Marie-Julie Larivière, executive producer of Just for Laughs Spectacles.

Presented since 2018, “Utopia” continues its tour in Quebec until at least next fall. The previous opus, « Torture », had for its part sold more than 300,000 tickets.
