The Ministère des Transports du Québec will carry out a general inspection of the Jean-Jacques-Bertrand bridge which connects Lacolle to Noyan, above the Richelieu River, from Wednesday April 20 to Friday April 22.
In inspector jargon, this is a finger-on-the-part inspection performed every three years. Note that annual inspections are also carried out on the bridge.
Traffic will alternate with the help of flaggers, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
